Roys Joy Is a Colvic Watson 31.5 Ketch and was built by West Sussex yachts in 1993 .
She was built for Captain Roy Bilton who was the Previous owner we purchased her off .
Roy was part way through renovating her but due to his Health he was unable to Finish her off and she ended up sat on her berth for 2 or more years .
One of the bad parts to this is there has been rain water leaking in above each wheelhouse door which in turn water damaged the 2 rear bulkheads and rear cabin bunk area .
These are the main jobs we need to rectify once we get her home .
